The Healing Toolkit

Healing rarely happens in one place or through one door.

This page is a curated collection of resources I trust and return to. There’s crisis support lines for urgent moments, specialized organizations for specific struggles, and embodiment tools for the everyday work of coming home to yourself. Whether you're in the middle of something hard right now or looking to deepen your daily practice, I hope something here helps.

Embodiment Tools for Daily Life

Therapy is one container for healing. But healing also needs to happen in the spaces between sessions, in the ordinary moments of your day, when life is actually happening. These are tools I've found genuinely useful for building embodied resources outside the therapy room.

Rhythms of Resource: An Embodied Oracle Deck

I developed this deck because I kept seeing the same gap in my clinical work: people had breakthroughs but struggled to access their inner resources when life got hard. The deck is built on the Rhythms of Resource framework, which is a somatic healing system grounded in human development that offers somatic practice, spiritual guidance, and embodied wisdom with every card. It can be used as a daily practice or pulled whenever you need support finding your way back to yourself. Learn more and shop at rhythmsofresource.com

The Rhythms of Resource Mini Workbook

A free introduction to the five essential states of the framework — Presence, Play, Purpose, Persistence, and Peace — this resource offers practices to embody your resources within. This is a good place to start if you're curious about somatic resourcing. Download free at rhythmsofresource.com

Yoga, Qigong & Conscious Dance

These are body-based practices that humans across cultures and throughout history have used to regulate the nervous system, access inner wisdom, and come home to themselves. I've practiced yoga across vinyasa, yin, and kundalini traditions and conscious dance for over two decades. If you're looking for where to start, I'm happy to point you in the right direction.

Podcasts for Support & Inspiration
